Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments via PayPal, iDeal and credit-card. If you wish for your card to be added you can contact us.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery can take between 2 days and 12 days depending on where you live. Within Europe shipping times will usually be lower than 7 days.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once you have ordered product(s) you will receive a confirmation via email. If the payment was successful, the next email will be as soon as we have shipped your package. 

What happens with my data?

In order for this website to function we store some of your personal data, such as shipping address, email and name. This data is always securely stored and we will never sell your data to anyone. If you would like your data to be removed you can contact us.

How are packages shipped?

All packages are shipped with PostNL. Because of the current situation concerning the Coronavirus shipments may be delayed. If this is the case, you will be notified.
